Earning Potential

With PT delivery ranging from 20-40 hours per week, annual earnings range from $34,000 to $196,000, depending on level and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional experiences through our Next Steps induction programme
• Leading high quality gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT led expert workshops
• Building powerful and lasting relationships with members
• Growing a strong and sustainable PT client base
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a premium gym floor environment
• Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Current Senior First Aid & CPR
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset

Desirable

• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
