About the Role
You'll be coaching our signature strength, conditioning and functional sessions, with programs already written for you. Your job is to deliver high-energy, safe and effective sessions.
Your responsibilities include:
Coaching small-group classes with a focus on technique, safety and member experience
Setting up the session before class and resetting/packing down
Learning our weekly programming framework
Supporting members with regressions/progressions

About You
You don't need to be an elite athlete, just someone who genuinely loves helping people get stronger.
We're looking for someone who is:
Positive, confident and great with people
Reliable and punctual
Already enrolled in or completed Cert III/IV Fitness
Comfortable demonstrating exercises and coaching correct form
Happy to learn our coaching system and weekly programming structure
Able to commit to consistent weekly shifts
Qualifications
Required (at minimum):
Currently studying OR completed Cert III Fitness
Current First Aid & CPR - or willing to obtain
Insurance (professional indemnity) - or willing to obtain
