ABOUT THE ROLE

A Dubai-based artist and content creator is looking for a Personal Assistant & Creative Coordinator to support daily organisation, social media content, music uploads, and creative tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a creative individual, understands aesthetics, and can handle both personal support and digital work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage daily schedule, reminders, meetings, and calls
• Assist with planning and organising photo/video shoots
• Manage files, folders, and digital assets
• Track expenses and maintain simple budgeting
• Support communication, follow-ups, and small errands related to creative projects

2. Weekly Content Production

Once a week:

• Take photos and short videos (behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, art, music content)
• Capture content with good framing, lighting, and composition
• Do basic editing of photos/videos (CapCut / Canva / phone editing tools)
• Prepare materials for posting

3. Social Media & Content Coordination

Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest

• Schedule and post content
• Write captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly descriptions
• Maintain a luxury, clean aesthetic
• Organise content ideas and trends
• Respond to comments and messages
• Prepare weekly content calendar

4. Music Release Support

• Submit tracks to playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, etc.
• Manage artist profiles and upload visuals
• Handle metadata and updates
• Track streaming numbers and performance
• Assist with communication to producers and studios

5. Artistic & Creative Support

• Help photograph or prepare artworks for posting
• Organise mood boards, references, and inspiration
• Assist with aesthetic direction across creative fields

6. Lifestyle / Spiritual Content Support

• Support with ideas for visuals
• Assist in creating aesthetic content and maintaining posting rhythm

Skills

REQUIREMENTS Must-Have

• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
• Experience with social media posting
• Ability to take good-quality photos and videos
• Basic video and photo editing skills
• Good taste and understanding of luxury/clean aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of music platform uploads (Spotify, TikTok Sounds)
• Fluent English
• Proactive, reliable, self-directed
• Based in Dubai

Preferred

• Experience assisting a creator, artist, or influencer
• Interest in art, music, or lifestyle/spiritual content
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or simple editing software
• Knowledge of AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
