Payroll Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Payroll Specialist, contract-to-hire, working a hybrid schedule, on the Southside of Richmond, VA.

Duties include processing a biweekly payroll for over 1,000 employees, process off cycle payrolls, reconciliation of payroll, run and audit payroll reports, handle W2s, tax adjustments, garnishments, upload 401K constructions and other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ year of high volume payroll processing preferred

• Understands payroll calculations, input, time office, retro pay calculations

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use multiple systems

• Professional, organized, enthusiastic and reliable

Contract Pay: $24 to $28 an hour

Permanent Salary Range: $55K to $65K
