Part Time Studio Operations Specialist Cover Position - Sandy Bay (TAS)

We are looking for a part-time, Studio Operations Specialist Cover for our Sandy Baystudio. Currently, this role covers shifts and duties in the studio, supporting the Studio Operations Specialist. This is a hands on, multi faced role reporting directly to the Studio Success Manager. As this position functions as a cover role, there are no fixed shifts or predetermined hours, and we will contact you when your services are needed.

You'll assume responsibility for our members' experience in the studio. Every sense what they see, hear, touch and smell to ensure a 5 star class experience every time!

• Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment
• Maintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours (with air freshening methods)
• Managing stock and coordinating deliveries
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop (we love tech that makes our jobs easier!)
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs
• On call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needs
• Proactive engagement with members (we'd love you to enjoy the studio with regular classes)
• Connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto
• Reporting to your manager on essential studio stats

• Be meticulous about cleanliness and order (think "Marie Kondo").
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Self managing and taking initiative to always serve our members well
• Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles
• Confidence to connect with members and local businesses
• Applicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or who are a friend or relative of any investor, are not eligible to apply.

Experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know in our supportive and team oriented environment.

When this cover position is needed, the hours could be an 8 - 10-hour/week contractual role. Nominal hours of work are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend of your choosing). Working hours are flexible; however, they need to be outside of member peak hours, which are 5:15 9:00 am and 4:30 7:30 pm. In addition, there is the possibility of call outs, events and local area networking. Compensation ranges from $30 - $40/hour (plus incentives) depending on your experience.
