Looking for a part-time PM role that actually supports your lifestyle?
A Toowoomba real estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team in a genuinely part-time position. This role is ideal for someone wanting school hours, shorter days, or reduced weekly hours.

- Qualified Property Manager with current registration or licence
- 2 years of property management experience
- Confident with routine inspections and maintenance coordination
- RTA/QCAT experience ideal but not essential
- Highly organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Enjoys autonomy but thrives in a supportive, people-first environment
You'll spend most of your time out of the office completing routine and vacate inspections, supported by an experienced admin and PM team who handle the bulk of the paperwork, maintenance coordination, and trust accounting.
