We are currently searching for one Part-Time Maintenance Technician, to join our team at Brindle Estates and Brindle Terrace Apartments. Rate: $18/hr - $22/hr based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, Day Time Hours, 20-25 Hours per Week.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting.
- May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Cleaning of common areas.
- Customer service.
- Light Salt / Snow removal duties.
- On-Call will be required. Coverage areas include communities in Chambersburg and Shippensburg
- May be Eligible for an on-call bonus!
- Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
