About the Role

As a Family Law/Litigation Paralegal, you'll support attorneys through all phases of litigation-from discovery to trial prep. You'll work closely with clients, manage sensitive documentation, and help drive successful outcomes in high-stakes family law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with litigation and trial preparation

  • Organize and manage case files and legal documentation

  • Prepare financial affidavits and discovery responses

  • Analyze discovery materials and trace financial assets

  • Draft subpoenas, trial exhibits, and legal documents

  • Coordinate with clients and third parties

  • Handle electronic filing and document indexing

  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience (family law preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Experience with billing software and document management systems (e.g., iManage)

  • E-discovery experience is a plus

  • Professional demeanor and client-service mindset

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $60,000-$80,000
