Position Highlights
- Leadership & Growth: Exciting opportunity for an experienced physician to build an orthopaedic spine division
- Desirable Practice Setting:
- Schedule flexibility with clinical, OR days and protected time
- Dedicated OR block time
- Favorable Call Schedule:
- 1:7 for orthopedic spine call
- Additional call available for general orthopedic, but not required
- Culture & Support:
- Team of adult spinal disease trained neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists, nurses and rehab therapists
- Respected and supportive department chair
Compensation & Benefits
- 2-Year Guarantee: $800K-$850K
- Rewarded generously for production: No cap on RVUs
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $30K
- Professional Development: $2500 annual CME allowance
- Lucrative Retirement: Up to 17.5% retirement match
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Orthopaedic Surgery Spine Fellowship Required
- Candidates with a background in Neurosurgery also accepted
- Eligibility for Mississippi medical licensure
