Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Montreal, QC - Hybrid (3 days onsite; client site is 10 minutes from office)


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead change initiatives for a major migration project from Google Workspace (GWS) to Microsoft 365 (M365). The ideal candidate will design and deliver end-user experience strategies, training content, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies aligned with ADKAR or Prosci methodologies (Rotter's and Kotter's 8-Step Model familiarity is a plus).
  • Create end-user training content including:
  • Simulated training modules
  • PowerPoint decks
  • Micro-learning videos for self-service
  • Design and manage communication plans for migration and adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with backend technical teams to align change activities with platform readiness.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage resistance through structured change interventions.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for collaboration and ITSM processes.
  • Support service desk readiness and ensure ITSM controls are integrated into change plans.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) - verbal and written proficiency.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within IT transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in end-user experience design, training development, and migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks: ADKAR, Prosci (mandatory), Kotter's 8-Step Model.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Background in service desk operations and change control processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create engaging, user-friendly training content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for adoption challenges.


Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Montreal.
  • Client site located 10 minutes from office.
