Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and user support for Oracle ERP modules such as Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Enterprise Asset Management.
Lead solution reviews, testing, and user acceptance (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
Manage user access and ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.
Collaborate with business users to streamline processes and enhance system utilization.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants to resolve functional and technical issues.
Manage small to medium IT projects in line with organizational standards and ITIL processes.
Support audit and compliance activities and maintain documentation for ERP operations.
Stay current on new technologies, automation tools, and ERP advancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a functional ERP support or consulting role.
Strong expertise in Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Fusion) across at least three domains: Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Asset Management.
Knowledge of ITIL, project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile), and SQL preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
Experience in oil & gas or industrial sectors is an advantage.
