Optician (Sales Associate)

Deliver the ultimate customer service experience as per MAGRABi standards to create a positive relationship and retain customers, by identifying customer needs and advising on the best products and services that meet those needs.

• A high school degree or equivalent; Diploma is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in retail; Optical expertise is a plus

• Maintain MAGRABi standards by following the pre-set policies and procedures, including dress code, floor attitude, sales policies, and code of conduct to maintain the company image
• Identify customer requirements through MAGRABi selling procedures, offering different products and services, and discussing promotions to meet customer needs
• Ensure the customer receives promises through close follow-up on requirements and requests with stakeholders until the service is delivered
• Support stock accuracy and product safety; report issues and variances to contribute to efficient stock control and maintenance
• Handle the invoicing process over the system to adhere to MAGRABi selling standards and support accurate sales tracking
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long-term relationships
• Help meet monthly business plan targets by monitoring sales performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement
