As an Operations Support Administrator at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing effective administration and business functions to support the Operations Support Manager. Your role will involve various operational tasks, data management, and facilitating communication between different departments. You will work closely with the Operations Support Manager, care home managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Main duties of the jobYour focus as an Operations Support Administrator will be to support the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. You will be involved in various different operational functions as well as managing data systems and facilitating communication between the differing departments. Other responsibilities will include working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising, providing clerical support to the team and other staff, liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance, and supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking, and other administrative duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as an Operations Support Administrator will be to support the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. You will be involved in various different operational functions as well as managing data systems and facilitating communication between the differing departments. Other responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising
- Providing clerical support to the team and, when appropriate other staff, including diary management
- Liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance as required
- Supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking and other administrative duties.

- Hold as a minimum NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Administration or business studies or equivalent qualifications
- Have 3 years administration experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner

Person Specification Qualifications- To be successful in this role, you must hold a minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies or equivalent qualifications. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of administrative experience, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and effective interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
