Job Description
Over the years my client has worked across all sectors of the live entertainment industry and is immensely proud of their achievements as one of the UAE's leading event organizers. This person is responsible for the smooth on-site/off-site production and operations of smaller events. This position ensures that the production and operations components are within time, on cost and quality as set out in the plan. The role shall report to the Vice President of Operations. This role shall encompass a wide range of tasks and deliverables relating to the operational and administrative delivery of the event.
Duties and responsibilities- Supporting the operations team in the execution of all event related operations
- Administrative support to the Vice President Operations and Operations Manager
- Assisting the in-house team to implement the above activities
- Managing timelines and internal budget/LPO/contract requests
- Distribution of contract information to contractors
- Collation of necessary information from third party contracts such as visas, work permits, labor cards, accreditation requests
- Ability to understand event documentation contracts/agreements/briefs/technical riders etc
- Distribution of schedules, time lines

Job SkillsCandidates must have a strong ability to work within a team and across departments, have strong administrative skills, aptitude and/or experience (eg. Databases, table structures). Strong oral and written communication skills, a high degree of integrity and a high sense of personal and professional ethics. You ideally will come from a background in event organization and have knowledge of event health and safety.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years administration/event experience.
Only UAE National candidates will be considered.
