Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our property onboarding, guest service, and maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in holiday home or property management, understands DTCM compliance, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all SeekStay-managed properties.
  • Manage property onboarding: inspections, furnishing coordination, and DTCM registration.
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and contractor schedules to maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure smooth guest check-in/out experiences and timely issue resolution.
  • Implement operational SOPs, quality checklists, and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate with the tech team for app updates and performance dashboards.
  • Track occupancy, guest satisfaction, and turnaround times using KPIs.
  • Support owner reporting, monthly payouts, and vendor billing.
  • Lead the setup of the SeekStay operations network across key Dubai communities (Downtown, Marina, JVC, Meydan).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in holiday home, hotel, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of DTCM holiday home regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, staff, and day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in PMS tools (Hostaway, Guesty, or similar).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
