Position Title: Operations Manager - Cargo Shipping Logistics. Employment Type: Full Time. Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. Job Location: Dubai, UAE. About the Client: A Dubai-based international vessel agency connecting Africa and Europe with seamless, world-class maritime solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end logistics cargo relief operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategic processes to boost logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Lead, coach, and build a high-performing logistics team.
- Manage supplier and third-party relationships (3PLs), conduct contract negotiations, and monitor performance.
- Open to European candidates; Northern Europe & Scandinavian is an added advantage.
- Age: 38 years old and below.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-year related experience; Aid Relief Cargo Operations experience is a plus.
