This vacancy is a predominately factory-based role, to support our Attleborough Fresh Meals Business realize their full potential, by deploying and embedding our Operational Excellence framework and standards. The role reports into our site-based Operational Excellence Coordinator (OEC) and this OPEX team will deliver collaborative improvements for the site, whilst demonstrating Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques. This role requires someone who is self-motivated and has a can do attitude. You will have a good understanding of continuous process improvement and will have exemplary values and behaviours. Key Accountabilities
