We're seeking an exceptionally talented and compassionate Office Manager to become an integral part of our growing team. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our Head Office - ensuring operations run smoothly, supporting our people, and helping us deliver the highest quality care to those who need it most.
Responsibilities- Oversee the logistics of Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses
- Plan, organise, and run events and functions for staff and participants
- Provide administrative support to the Director and CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports on office operations and house activities
- Maintain smooth office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience coordinating logistics and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively and support leadership teams
For this position a NDIS Screening check / Yellow Card and Blue Card is required for the industry, applicants must be willing to secure these before starting.
