Job Purpose

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day operations within the department, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Organize, maintain, and update departmental files and records, ensuring proper documentation for easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for department-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and smooth collaboration between teams and other departments.
  • Assist with data entry, preparation of regular reports, and maintaining accurate records to support department-specific activities.
  • Help identify areas for improving workflows and assist with the implementation of more efficient processes within the department.
  • Assist in tracking and organizing resources, tools, or materials necessary for the team's operations, ensuring everything needed is readily available.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various projects, events, or tasks as needed by the department, maintaining flexibility in responding to changing priorities.
  • Any ad hoc request assigned by the department from time to time.
Skills and Abilities
  • Communication skills in Arabic, English.
  • Independently manage and respond to urgent administrative queries facilitating the delivery of effective solutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work in a highly demanding work environment with a high level of responsibility and complexity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration.
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
