At URBAN, we specialize in delivering high-quality property solutions through strategic partnerships and a fully integrated development approach. As an Exclusive Development Partner, we support developers from launch strategy to post-handover service. We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive the success of our exclusive projects in the UAE.
Role & ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a strong leader who can align team performance with business goals while maintaining a culture of accountability, development, and results.
- Define and manage KPIs to drive individual and team performance
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit top-performing sales professionals
- Build, lead, and retain a high-impact off-plan sales team
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and group sales targets
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence at sales centers and key project events
- Establish and manage relationships with local and international brokerage partners
- Oversee all incoming client inquiries to ensure timely and professional follow-up
- Ensure all CRM records, sales documents, and payment plans are accurate and up to date
- Lead weekly and monthly sales meetings to review performance and set strategic direction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales management, with a focus on off-plan projects
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing teams in the UAE property market
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape and development process
- Experience with both investor and end-user segments, locally and internationally
- Established network of agency partners and brokers in the UAE and key global markets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, lead tracking, and sales performance tools
- Demonstrates resilience, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to lead by example under pressure and maintain high standards of execution
- On-Target Earnings: AED 30,000-60,000+/month
