Covering two Hampton Roads clinics - Chesapeake and Denbigh, starting as soon as credentialed- ongoing needs to support two full-time providers. Dates will vary.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10
Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
Required Duties: Pre-Employment Physicals, Return-to Duty Testing, DOT Physicals, workers compensation injury care
Compensation: Starting at $85/hr, depending on experience. Paid Travel to include mileage reimbursement, lodging, and Complimentary Professional Liability Insurance.
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active VA
- BLS/ACLS Certified
- DOT Certification
- Immunization - Influenza - Current Flu Season; COVID; TB / QuantFERON TB Gold; MMR
