- Pre-Employment Physicals
- Return-to Duty Testing
- DOT Physicals
- Workers compensation injury care

• EMR: Systoc
• Other Info: Will work/cover 2 facilities
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active VA License
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• DOT Certification
