Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our prestigious nursery in Canterbury. If you have a genuine love for working with children and possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional, and social development of each child.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to parents/guardians on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the children's activities and progress.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and nurturing attitude towards children's well-being and development.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children.
