• Supervise and coordinate all overnight hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.
• Act as the property's senior representative during the night, handling guest concerns, special requests, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Monitor room availability, rate controls, and reservations in coordination with the Front Office and Revenue teams.
• Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in daily financial reports and system reconciliations.
• Maintain safety and security by conducting property rounds, monitoring systems, and addressing incidents as required.
• Support and guide overnight staff, fostering teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the property.
• Liaise with morning management teams to communicate key overnight updates, incidents, or guest feedback.
• Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized touches and thoughtful service, even during late hours.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Front Office or Rooms Division, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, night audit procedures).
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
