Responsibilities 
- Design, manage, install, assemble, maintain, and provide technical support for systems used in the workplace.
- General and Specialized Tasks: Performing all tasks related to installation and configuration of network equipment and user devices
- Participating in network management operations and handling all network devices
- Knowledge of how to use all support tools and means used to provide technical support
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing technical support for user devices and their accessories and maintaining them, including printers and networks
- Monitoring all network devices and servers and ensuring their high-quality performance and stability
