As a member of Munich Re, the MedNet Group is a leading Third Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a Network Manager who is responsible for overseeing the development and management of our medical provider network in the UAE market. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing network performance to deliver high quality and cost effective healthcare services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Maximize the operational and commercial value of the medical provider network for the organization.
- Lead, motivate and develop subordinates for the achievement of business and cultural goals. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of network development, systems, and processes.
- Identify and empanel healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty services, to expand our medical network. Ensure adequate coverage across various specialties and geographic regions.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, insurance laws, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with network providers. Conduct regular visits and surveys, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction among network members.
- Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring competitive pricing, service quality, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, claims, approvals, and production to ensure seamless coordination and support for network related activities.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints related to the medical network. Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the performance of network providers. Address quality issues promptly and work with providers to resolve them.
- Analyse network performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, cost analysis, and provider satisfaction. Use data analytics to make informed decisions about network development and optimization.
- At least 5 years' experience in a network administration role, preferably in hospitals, insurance companies, or medical TPA.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and insurance (regulations and ecosystem).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, business planning, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- People management and ability to motivate team members.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel within the UAE and regionally as required.
