This is an excellent opportunity for a Neonatologist who thrives in a collegial environment with strong perinatal support.Key Details:
- Setting: Community Level III NICU
- Coverage: 24/7 in-house (shared schedule among group)
- Average Daily Census: 5 infants
- Deliveries at Facility: 2,000 births/year
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
- Location Requirement: Must reside locally or be willing to relocate
- Not accepting Locums or visa candidates
- Provide hands-on care to newborns in the NICU and delivery room
- Collaborate with perinatology and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative initiatives
- Provide family-centered, compassionate communication and care
- Maintain a prompt, in-house response for neonatal needs
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Certification preferred
- Committed to high-quality, collaborative care
- Must be local or planning to relocate to the Santa Monica area
