We are currently hiring a National Property Operations & Compliance Manager based out of our Hamilton Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Head of Operations for QLD, this role will see you lead our property management function across our diverse portfolio, including land lease communities, residential rentals, and tourism annuals in QLD, NSW, and VIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing property management team across QLD, NSW, and VIC.
  • Oversee compliance with Land Lease, Residential Tenancies, and tourism legislation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret legislative changes and translate them into clear policies, training, and operational frameworks.
  • Represent the organisation in high-risk tribunal matters (VCAT, NCAT, QCAT) and support Area Managers.
  • Build strong relationships with industry associations to stay ahead of regulatory and industry developments.
About You
  • Proven experience in property management, lease administration, or land lease communities (MHE experience highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy and manufactured homes legislation across QLD, NSW, and VIC.
  • Experience with tribunal processes and a strategic approach to risk and compliance.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and deliver effective training and policy development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to travel interstate.
