• Engage clients through inbound & outbound calls, converting inquiries into qualified leads.
• Conduct consultations to understand client mortgage and financing needs.
• Educate clients on financing options, eligibility, and loan terms.
• Coordinate with banks & lenders to secure the best mortgage solutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients and update CRM records.
• Attend property expos, open houses, and company events to generate new leads.
• Work to achieve (and exceed) monthly / quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and long term relationships.

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, banking, mortgage, or real estate.
• Proven target achiever with a strong sales drive.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Positive, ambitious, and career focused personality.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree / diploma preferred, but strong experience will be considered.
