Here at MBM, our prayer is to see lives eternally changed by Jesus. We are an evangelical reformed Anglican church plant from Multicultural Bible Ministry, Rooty Hill. After 4 years, God has graciously brought us to a position of sustainability as we play our part in seeing the lost saved, and the saved matured within Parramatta. We are currently in the process of becoming our own Anglican church.

We are looking for a theologically trained, suitably qualified Pastor to join our ministry team 4 days a week as we make this exciting transition. This candidate would lead our Mission (Evangelism) department whilst also having significant responsibilities in the Ministry (Serving others) department.

It is an exciting time to join as we enter this new phase and look to begin an evening service in 2026.

• Lead the overall Mission department of church life (primarily amongst Adults, but with input towards Kids and Youth ministries too).
• Oversee the culture, team and pathways that to disciple people through ministry teams.
• Preaching during public gatherings (Sunday services and Friday Youth primarily).

You must possess a strong Christian character and convictions (reformed, evangelical, complementarian). You should have a servant heart, be teachable, be willing to be a part of a changing Church, and able to work well within a team and under authority.

We are looking for a leader who can think strategically, cast vision, shift culture, is relationally and culturally aware, is a self-starter, a strong communicator, raise teams and have fun!

Ideally you will have experience in leading these two areas within a team pastoring environment and a specialist Church model. Also, you would have a theological degree (bachelor or masters) and preferably an ordained Anglican.

Remuneration is provided in accordance with the Anglican Church of Sydney's guidelines for stipend and allowances (including housing, travel, hospitality, books, and conferences).
