We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in Clifton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. The Role

As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
You will have
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
