The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
