Join our Chicago team! We're seeking a Metallurgical Engineer - Defense & Nuclear to support critical forging operations, ensure compliance with NQA-1 and ASME standards, and provide technical leadership across production, quality, and R&D teams.
As a Metallurgical Engineer - Defense & Nuclear, you will:
- Lead process validation and root cause investigations
- Interface with defense and nuclear clients on technical matters
- Support forging qualification and material testing
Qualifications:
- BS in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related
- 5+ years of experience with defense or nuclear applications
- Expertise in forging, heat treatment, and material performance
