- Mep Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tendering for civil and MEP packages.
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders, contracts, and procurement agreements in line with company policies.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Inspect and assess the quality of purchased materials and coordinate with suppliers to resolve deficiencies.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and address delivery or compliance issues.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support senior management in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards, FIDIC contract terms, and procurement laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to procurement activities, supplier evaluations, and KPIs.
