You know how to hold a great conversation, make people feel valued, and sell genuinely on brand and experience . We're looking for confident, service-focused Member Support Consultants to join us from early 2026 for the pre-sales phase and continue into the club's launch and beyond.As the first point of contact for prospective and existing members, you'll play a key role in bringing the Fitness First Double Bay experience to life - showcasing our Diamond-level signature concepts , state-of-the-art training zones, premium lounges, and full-scale Revive Recovery suite featuring traditional and red-light saunas, cold plunges, cryotherapy, massage chairs and more.This role blends premium service , value-based selling , and meaningful conversations that help people choose the right membership for their lifestyle and goals.
