Location: Hybrid Contract: Full-time, 4-month temporary contract
TechNET IT has partnered with a leading global professional membership organisation, representing tens of thousands of industry professionals across the built environment. This organisation plays a vital role in setting professional standards and supporting its members across the MEA region.
We are seeking a Member Engagement Events Administrator to join their regional team. This role provides essential administrative and event coordination support to the Member Engagement Lead and Market Team, helping deliver a range of high-profile events that connect candidates, qualified professionals, and senior stakeholders across the MEA region.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and experienced in managing multiple priorities to ensure seamless event delivery and an exceptional member experience.
Key Skills & Experience- Proven experience coordinating and supporting events, from planning through to execution.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable style.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
- Experience within a membership, professional body, or corporate events environment is highly desirable.
