Mehnaty Analyst Program - Consumer Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

• Have already graduated between 2022 - 2025.
• Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.
• Keen interest in a career in financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry.
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas.
• Articulate, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• You also have a strong desire to learn, are proactive, and build rapport and relationships in team environments.
• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
