Company:
We are a group of overseas company who is currently operating MedSpa businesses with more than 40 branches across Hong Kong and South Korea. We are currently expanding our business to the U.S. in New York City, Manhattan area. We are looking for an executive assistant who could involve in our new medical spa clinic setup process.
Position:
Operation Executive (Part-Time) (new MedSpa business set up)
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the new clinic setup process from scratch
- Act as a liaison between the U.S. and the Company's director who is stationed in Hong Kong
- Communicate with relevant city departments and professionals (e.g. Attorney, Real estate agent, CPA, bank, insurance company, interior design company, contractor, etc.) when necessary via emails and phone calls
- Arrange and schedule meetings/ appointments for the Company's director
- Monitor job ads, arrange staff and professionals' interviews
- Research and submit necessary applications on behalf of the Company during the business setup process
- Ad-hoc tasks as needed
Preferred Candidates:
- Experiences on setting up new business, especially a new MedSpa clinic.
- Coordinate skills, Management skills, Administrative support
- Minimal supervision, self-motivate, muti-tasks
- Analyze issues, recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions
- Currently locate in New York City area
- Good command of written and spoken English
