Role OverviewAs a Media Sales Consultant at RG Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic advertising solutions for clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized media plans that align with client objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of media platforms, market trends, and client needs to ensure effective brand visibility and business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand the company's advertising portfolio.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and account management.
- Understand client objectives and propose tailored media solutions across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, campaigns, and media plans to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and operations to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of client service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or business development (experience in digital or print media preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Deep understanding of media planning, advertising solutions, and brand strategy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
