Job Description


As a Media Buyer of OnePlus, you will play a critical role in driving our digital advertising success through Paid Social Media including Meta, TikTok, Twitter and other Social Media Ads if needed. Your expertise in media buying, campaign creation, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be key to achieving and surpassing marketing objectives.


  • Media Buying Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies for Paid Social Media campaigns with focus on Meta, in alignment with goals and budgets.
  • Build Paid Social Campaigns: Create and implement Paid Social campaigns, focusing on Meta; Utilize your expertise in Paid Social to create and execute strategic campaigns including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and possibly Display and Programmatic platforms that align with the company's marketing objectives. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization to then execute on. Make data-driven decisions to enhance click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns and ad groups to maximize ROI and achieve clients' desired outcomes.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, ensuring ads are targeted to the most relevant audience.
  • Ad Creation and Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives. Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations.
  • Bid Management: Strategically manage bids to ensure competitive ad placements and cost-effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting: Implement advanced audience targeting strategies to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of Audience and/or Search Terms to identify positive keywords to optimize and refine campaign targeting.
  • Managing negative keywords by regularly reviewing Audience and/or Search Terms data for exclusion to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Improving ad strength by reviewing and enhancing ad copy and visuals to enhance ad performance.
  • Conducting research for keyword gaps and Audience Affinity to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Utilizing audience segments and data to adjust bids.
  • Preparing weekly data reports to monitor campaign performance to generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Managing Facebook Merchant Shopping updates to optimize product listings and visibility on Meta shopping platforms.


  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on Meta Ad Tools and a track record of successful campaigns and ROAS improvement.
  • 5 years of experience of digital advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and bidding strategies on Meta tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw insights from performance metrics to drive campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment in the tech industry.
  • Relevant certifications in Meta or other digital advertising platforms are a plus.
