LHH is currently searching for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's team in the Dallas, TX area. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation, implementation, and management of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and execute effective digital strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and the company website to drive engagement and lead generation.

  • Design & Branding: Create visually compelling marketing materials-brochures, presentations, proposals, and advertisements-using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite tools to support leasing and sales initiatives.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity; analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams.

  • Property Marketing: Develop and maintain property listings, create promotional content, and coordinate with brokers and external partners to amplify property visibility and value proposition.

  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and consistent execution of marketing deliverables.

  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and promote networking events, open houses, and industry conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and follow-up to maximize exposure and lead capture.

  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve the company's brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, assuring high-quality standards and message consistency.

  • Budget Management: Assist in tracking marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize spending to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in commercial real estate or related sectors.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, etc.), website CMS, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Design Expertise: Proven ability to create and edit marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptionally detail-oriented, delivering high-quality and error-free work under tight deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the evolving landscape of commercial real estate and digital marketing trends.

  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, with the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
