Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building marketing capability that empowers teams to deliver impactful, customer centric campaigns? We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Operations and Capability Lead to join our Experience Hub and help shape the future of marketing at Medibank.

This is a pivotal leadership role that acts as the bridge between strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. You'll be instrumental in streamlining marketing operations, uplifting capability, and ensuring compliance and financial rigour across the Customer Group and broader enterprise. The role includes:

• Operational Excellence & Compliance - Lead the optimisation of marketing processes, governance, and resource planning to drive efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting - Partner with the xHub Lead (CMO) to align marketing operations with Medibank's strategic objectives and deliver robust reporting and planning frameworks.
• Capability Development - Assess skill gaps, design training programs, and foster a culture of learning through forums, workshops, and industry partnerships.
• Financial Control & Vendor Management - Oversee budget planning and contract management for key vendors, including our media agency of record, ensuring value and compliance.
• People Leadership - Lead a high performing team of two, championing a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in budget management, process optimisation, and capability uplift.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Passion for driving change and enabling excellence.

You'll have oversight of the Experience Hub's operational budget, supporting the xHub Lead and Squad Leads in delivering efficient, compliant, and high impact marketing initiatives.
