Position title: Marketing Manager - Trade and Events, MEAI
Reporting to: Marketing & Communications Director, MEAI
OverviewBVLGARI, a 140-year legacy, seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead trade and events activity, supporting regional strategy. This role enhances brand visibility, drives retail performance and strengthens relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop the annual Trade Marketing & Events calendar aligned with brand strategy, regional/local priorities and commercial objectives.
- Plan, develop and implement marketing initiatives, acting as main contact and project leader with internal stakeholders and central marketing team.
- Monitor competitor brand events to identify emerging trends and differentiation opportunities.
- Plan, manage and execute luxury events including product launches, high jewelry events, boutique openings, exhibitions, fairs, pop-ups and VIP client events.
- Own the full event lifecycle: concept development, budget management, logistics, vendor & agency sourcing, production supervision, guest experience, post-event reporting.
- Ensure events reflect brand luxury positioning and deliver seamless, elevated experiences.
- Orchestrate and coordinate 360 initiatives, coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and central marketing team.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, central marketing team, agencies and luxury service providers.
- Define and implement KPIs to measure trade marketing activities and events effectiveness, aligning with commercial and CRM objectives.
- Collaborate cross functional teams (Retail, Sales, CRM, Finance) to ensure KPI frameworks are actionable and aligned across departments.
- Drive performance accountability by sharing insights and learnings through post activation and post event reviews.
- Develop, implement and monitor local support budget, in line with central guidelines.
- Manage trade marketing and events budgets, ensuring effective allocation, cost control, and reporting.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on activity performance and impact.
