Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the UAE in alignment with business objectives.
2. Identify key events, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities, focusing on audience relevance, brand impact, and business potential.
3. Build strategic relationships & partner with key industry players, agencies & vendors.
4. Produce engaging content for our website & social media channels.
5. Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
6. Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's presence at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
7. Conduct pre and post event analysis to assess performance, ROI, and potential improvements.
8. Create an event participation calendar based on business priorities, marketing budget and stakeholder participation.
9. Manage the UAE marketing budget, ensuring cost effectiveness and high impact investments.
10. Regularly measure ROI for all marketing activities using data driven tools and KPIs.
11. Develop & promote data based decision making.
12. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
13. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities and materials in line with company global standards.
14. Partner with sales teams to track and enhance the conversion of marketing efforts into business leads.
15. Implement campaigns that support the sales pipeline, including digital and offline touchpoints.
16. Align marketing activities with strategic business timelines and product launches.
17. Prioritize resources based on performance, business need, and audience engagement.
Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
3. Proven experience in event marketing, sponsorship evaluation, and brand positioning.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and interpret ROI.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
