We are currently on the search for a Marketing intern to assist our current team of marketing professionals. The individual will ideally be an undergraduate, or somebody looking to kick-start their career in marketing. We are seeking somebody dynamic and creative, who is eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Working closely with and support a range of stakeholders including customer service, sales, new business, new projects, and operations.
- Uphold and encourage best practice within Marketing.
- Be a brand ambassador and advocate.
- Manage the production of marketing materials both B2C/B2B and online/offline, alongside maintaining collateral.
- Assist in writing and proofreading.
- Liaise with internal/external designers and printers.
- Assist with the development and adoption of the CRM within marketing.
- Conduct market research on competitor activity.
- Develop and manage campaign websites.
- Uploading content onto company platforms; rewards, shopping, wellness, and website.
- Researching third party and partner content to support the Insignia social channels - across 3 verticals.
- Community management on social platforms
- Supporting on posting and content creation/ideation.
- Supporting all marketing campaigns and business growth activities.
- Working with the digital team on ad campaigns, reporting and measuring ROI.
- Using consumer insights and research to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative.
- Drive original content creation for social channels.
- Supporting and working closely with design agencies, PR agencies/journalists when required on key launches.
- Support on any event planning research and execution activities.
- Supporting all marketing for the lifestyle management aspect of the business and activities within the marketing department.
- Support on the planning, implementation and reporting on lifestyle content marketing activity.
- Creating presentations from offers for clients to projects.
- Ensure other teams are using our planning platforms efficiently and support on training when required.
- Proficient in social media.
- Understands and is interested in luxury and trends across fashion, technology, art and interior.
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and keynote.
- Proficient in market analysis, project planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Proactive individual that works well with cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives.
- Knowledge of a variety of social media platforms.
- Ability to transform complex ideas into concise, engaging, and inspiring messages.
- Have a natural interest in and curiosity for the world of luxury. We offer a high value product/service and work with the very best in the industry.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Nice to have: knowledge of design software.
