• The PR & Influencer Executive at M&S is integral to enhancing the brand's presence across fashion and food sectors. The role involves strategizing and executing PR campaigns and influencer partnerships that drive customer engagement and sales. The executive works closely with agency partners to generate compelling content across social media platforms, manages budgets, and tracks performance. Additionally, the role requires fostering community engagement and serving as a liaison with mall partners for brand activations. Success is reflected by increased brand visibility, consumer connections, and business growth.

• PR Campaign Management - Develop and drive targeted PR campaigns that resonate with fashion and food media and consumer audiences. Build brand awareness and secure coverage with editors, influencers and partners; drive media engagement with clear messaging and tailored media kits.
• Influencer Partnership Management - Manage agency partners to deliver authentic, high impact content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube. Develop online influencer conversion strategies; coordinate seasonal press events and activations.
• Community and Event Management - Manage in store customer events to enhance local customer engagement and loyalty. Build and execute strategies to foster an active, engaged community program across the region; liaise with mall management teams.
• Analysis and Strategy - Track and analyze media coverage, influencer engagement and campaign effectiveness. Identify growth opportunities and build localised strategies and on brand partnerships.
• Collaboration and Teamwork - Maintain relationships and workflows with Marks & Spencer UK, M&S AFG buying teams and AFG Central Digital team. Conduct weekly meetings and monthly updates; align daily communication with brand merchandisers.
• Personal Development - Develop relationships with key communities and manage multiple agencies effectively; create brand buzz through events for various audience segments; deliver on brand events, including seasonal press and customer events.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and influencer management.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
