At ABB, as the Global Communications and Marketing Manager for the Metals & Power Conversion business line, you will develop and execute global communication and marketing strategies to enhance brand reputation, drive initiatives, and foster stakeholder engagement.

- Develop and implement the global communications and marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Own the marketing budget and track performance using key metrics.
- Elevate ABB's brand visibility and reputation through integrated campaigns focusing on growth themes, covering digital, content, advertising, trade shows, and product launches.
- Build ABB's industry voice by driving thought leadership content and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets, trade associations, and influencers.
- Implement digital marketing and lead generation strategies including automation, social media, and account based marketing (ABM) to drive demand.
- Develop and deliver internal communication plans supporting alignment, culture, and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and sales tools including brochures, videos, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
- Lead and develop a small global team of communication and marketing professionals.
- Collaborate closely with local communication managers, sales, and product groups to gather insights, align execution, and uncover growth opportunities.
- 10+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience in a B2B environment (preferably industrial/technical).
- Proven experience in global communications and marketing roles, preferably in the industrial sector, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful global marketing campaigns using a variety of channels and tactics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for various audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing and coordinating external agencies and vendors to deliver high quality marketing materials and services.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure marketing performance, derive insights, and make data driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a global organization.
- Excellent project management skills, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with marketing communications software such as Microsoft Suite, Salesforce Pardot, other automation platforms, CMS (e.g., Sitefinity/Adobe), survey tools, Google Analytics, and other martech stack.
