Managing Director of Sales - Ultra-Luxury Real Estate

We are partnering with one of the world's most prestigious luxury real estate brands, known for representing the most iconic and high-value developments globally.

The role will focus on driving sales strategy, optimising revenue, managing key agency networks, and building a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Set annual and quarterly sales plans per project, own revenue and volume targets, and manage pricing strategies to ensure balanced sales performance.
  • Design and oversee broker programs, commission schemes, onboarding, and SLAs while driving co-broking and referral networks across the UAE and feeder markets.
  • Build and manage direct-to-client funnels, oversee events and exhibitions, and partner with marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion.
  • Manage unit release plans, launch readiness, and absorption strategies to achieve sell-through targets efficiently.
  • Recruit, coach, and performance-manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs, training, and career pathways.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, manage reservations, and maintain compliance with UAE real estate regulations, AML/KYC, and data privacy requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with developers, marketing, finance, and legal teams, delivering board-ready reporting on revenue, absorption, and risk.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in new-homes/off-plan sales with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading sales teams and driving channel and direct sales in the UAE.
  • Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/Dubai luxury residential market, including buyer segments and competitor landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, and board-level reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with CRM, BI dashboards, and sales pipeline modelling.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential
