They are currently looking to continue their growth by appointing a managing director to head up their operation and take a 5m company to 8- 10m.
They are looking for someone who is from a manufacturing background and understands the ongoing struggles of a factory and the importance of maximizing efficiency, volume, and output. This may suit someone experienced who has hands-on experience in manufacturing or even someone who is looking for a step up from a senior role.
