We are looking for a Manager Supply chain & new business development to work with International Customers (Australia , Dubai)
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and sourcing
- Handling shipment timely manner ensuring safety of goods at the loading of shipments.
- Negotiate prices with sourcing partners
- Check stock levels and market requirements time to time
- Check availability of funds for stock ordering
- Ensure on time payments for the suppliers
- Cleared shipment on time and sold goods as per the plan
- Increase number of shipments
- Check debtors to ensure funding availability for planned shipments
- Credit negotiations with suppliers
- Identify non-moving stocks and take necessary steps
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development and supply chain management, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of developing new business and improving supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and business development tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
