Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - SAP Finance to lead and oversee the support and rollout of SAP Finance solutions across multiple regions and business units. This leadership role demands strong SAP Finance expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience in large scale SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance support and rollout functions ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for SAP Finance related support, enhancements, and rollout initiatives.
• Define and implement support models, SLAs, and governance processes.

Support & Operations

• Oversee daily SAP Finance support operations including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in support processes.

Rollout & Projects

• Plan and execute SAP Finance rollout projects across regions/business units.
• Coordinate with global/local teams for requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Manage testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover planning, and post go live stabilization.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance leadership, IT, and business process owners to align SAP Finance solutions with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and offshore/onsite support teams.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP Finance consultants.
• Foster collaboration across cross functional teams (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of hands on experience.
• At least 8 years in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Minimum 2 full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates Certification (preferred).
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO PA, CO PC, CCA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Project management and documentation proficiency.
• Business acumen and financial insight.
• Strategic thinking and process improvement.
• Effective stakeholder management and proactive collaboration.
